Trademark Paralegal

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of filing and registration procedures for trademarks at national, European, and international levels
  • Management of sending and archiving documentation related to filing applications, renewals, and oppositions
  • Interaction with clients, competent authorities, and foreign correspondents
  • Support to consultants in trademark research, surveillance, and protection activities
  • Management of deadlines
  • Administrative management of trademarks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or degree
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Office package, databases, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail
Patent Paralegal

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the necessary documentation for patent filing (National, European, and International)
  • Management of the relevant patent and model/design portfolio, ensuring compliance with deadlines and administrative aspects
  • Management of patent and model/design transcripts, interfacing with the Patent Office of the reference Country
  • Research of data and/or documentation on the main online platforms (UIBM, EUIPO, WIPO, EPO, etc.)
  • Prepares invoice issuance and collaborates with the Patent Consultant in billing management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent organizational skills. Precision and punctuality
Trademark Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Technical consultancy related to clients' trademark portfolios
  • Preventive research on databases preliminary to trademark filing
  • Technical-legal defense activities in case of active and passive oppositions
  • Strategy development regarding prosecution in collaboration with the Paralegal Area
  • Takes care of customer relations and commercial development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Registration with the Bar Association / Industrial Property Consultants
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
Patent Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Management of prior art searches and patent opinions
  • Preparation of analyzes for defining the characteristics of the requested patent or model/design
  • Drafting of the patent text and preparation of any explanatory technical drawings
  • Management of active and passive patent litigation, in collaboration with Paralegals and external Lawyers, providing specialized technical advice
  • Cares for commercial development and the search for new clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or scientific subjects
  • Registration in the register of industrial property consultants
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge and management of databases and reference platforms (UIBM, EUIPO, WIPO, EPO, private DBs)
Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Management of customer accounting, supplier accounting and general accounting, recording all movements
  • Make accounting entries mainly relating to: suppliers, payments, collections, cash flow and main accounting facts deriving from company business
  • Management of activities related to corporate accounting (activities aimed at drafting the budget, F24 payment, VAT tax compliance and direct taxes)
  • Oversee financial planning, treasury and relations with credit institutions
  • Monitoring of collections and payments, supporting the Office Manager in the financial management of the branch
  • Preparation of periodic reporting

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics
  • Ability to proactively provide points of reflection and possible solutions to be examined within the management's decision-making processes
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office IT tools
